Jacket Extrusion Lines
WCH Cable company has got 25 production lines of insulation/jacket extrusion. The production covers single wire, multi-core cable, and flat ribbon cable like UL2651.
Production line of Cable Core Twisting
Through cable core twisting procedure, 2 or more conductor wires are assembled together. There would be IPQC staff to check the operation of cores twisting periodically.
Copper Stranding Machines
Copper stranding is one of the conductor process procedures. To meet the increasing demand, we bring even more stranding machines each year. UP to now, our lines own up to 82 such machines.
